The passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to the expiration date and 6 blank pages (excluding approval pages). Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited.

For security reasons, there are strict restrictions on baggage and any itinerary involving internal flights, including transfer by light aircraft. Baggage, including camera equipment and hand luggage, is limited to 20kg per person. Only soft bags will be accepted: it is not possible to carry hard suitcases or wheeled bags, as they do not physically fit the aircraft.

The maximum dimensions of the soft bags that can be accommodated are as follows: 25cm wide x 30cm high and 62cm long. Please note that the baggage compartments on the light aircraft are only 25cm high, so pilots must have the ability to fit the bag into the compartment. Note that laundry can be done daily in most camps and lodges.

In the event of an unannounced excess baggage arrival, your baggage may be delayed, as you may need to carry your baggage to the camp at a later time at considerable additional costs. However, should you notify us in advance that your baggage will exceed the limit we may be able to help you with alternative arrangements, e.g. deposit or purchase of additional baggage allowance.
